Return Shipping policy

• Contact our customer services team
• We accept the return of your purchase up to 21 days from the shipping date
• If you send an email to us, please include your name, order number, the reason for the return in your email, and whether you would like a refund or exchange

• Once your return arrives at one of our warehouses, we will inspect the items in good conditions and didn’t open or used.
• All opened and used items shall not be returned or we will not refund those items returned without our customer service team confirmation.

Cross Border Fees & Foregin Transaction Fees

Any foreign transaction fees or Cross Border transaction fees will not be beared by Singapore Contact Lens and please contact your card issuing bank to refund or cancel those fees in case charges are imposed during return and refund.

Order Cancellation

We are happy to cancel any orders that have not yet dispatched. If you realize that you’ve ordered something in error and would like to amend or cancel it, please contact our customer service team immediately. We suggest sending an email to [email protected] or add our WhatsApp message to us and leave your Order ID and email address. Our customer services team will verify and confirm with you as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

All refunds will take a maximum of 21 working days to be refunded to your account. Your refund will not be processed until we have received the original items in our warehouse
