Prior to actually using all the Services, please do read this Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy. To make things simple, SGCON will refer to ourselves as “Singapore Contact Lenses,” “SGCONS, “we,” or “us.” The Website, as well as the services provided via it, will be referred to as our “Services.”
These materials, taken together, contain terms, rules, and other recommendations concerning your use of our Services. You must agree to be bound by these Terms in accessing or using our Services, therefore please do not use the Services if you do not agree with any of these Terms. Your use of the Services, as well as our distribution of goods and services to you, is an agreement between you and Singapore Contact Lenses to be governed by all of the terms, guidelines, and standards set out in these Terms. These Terms may be reviewed from time to time to ensure that they appropriately reflect legislative changes and our operations of the company. Without previous warning, we retain the right to change and revise these Terms at any time. Please revisit these Terms on a frequent basis to ensure that your continuous use of our Services reflects your acceptance of the most recent revisions.
2. Qualifications.
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding transactions. If you are under the age of 18, you may use our Services, but only if you are at least 13 years old and under the supervision of a parent/guardian who is at least 18 years old. In all circumstances, the adult is the customer and is solely accountable for all actions. You may not use our Services if you are under the age of thirteen.
You accept these terms that you fulfill all eligibility conditions set forth in these Terms by using our Services. However, we reserve the right to modify our qualification requirements.
We only provide our Services to individual, non-commercial use, and not for the profit or use of any third parties (unless you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor kid accessing the Services).
3. Getting your Contact Lenses
3.1 Choosing your contact lenses
Singapore Contact Lenses offers a variety of contact lenses to choose from.

You’ll have to submit separate orders if you want to buy multiple boxes with various prescriptions. To place a purchase, choose your selected product, add the prescriptions you require, and then click the “Add to Cart” button. If you have various prescription orders, repeat the process. You will be given the chance to select your payment method when you check out.
3.2 Your eye prescription.
For a better vision, and before you order your contact lenses, you need to know your eye prescriptions. Make sure to consult an optometrist first or see your current box of contact lenses you use just to be sure.
After you order your contact lenses, we retain your prescription on file for a while and make it available to you upon inquiry. We will reply to your request as soon as possible, but please bear in mind that retrieving older prescriptions may take a day or two. If you want information by a specific day or time, please bear this in mind.
A. Information on Delivery
For Singapore Contact Lenses to have a better service, we need details that entail your information for us to deliver the lenses. These details include the customer’s name, phone number, email address, shipping address, postal code, and prescriptions.
B. Payment Details
You’ll get a prompt for your payment choices, such as credit card payment, Paypal payment, and any promo codes you may have, once you’ve made your eyewear choices and submitted your prescription and shipping details. You allow us and the third-party payment services to charge the price of your product to your chosen payment method by providing your payment details and submitting your order.
Considering our bank account is not in Singapore, it may subject to bank charges and tariffs annouced by your payment bank or credit card company. Charges may varies from 0.8% to 3.5%. Please contact your bank for the details of the charges.
For the reason stated above, Singapore Contact Lenses will NOT be responsible for any losses incurred.
C. Order Status
We understand how exciting it is to receive a package, so once your contact lenses are on their way, we’ll send you an email confirmation. If you would like to check the progress of your order, you may contact us on our Facebook page, WhatsApp, or email us at sales@sgcontactlens.com and we will be sure to reply to your inquiry and provide you with tracking information.
D. Shipping Policy
We usually have stock and can ship within 48 hours. However, some products could be out of stock; ordering from the supplier will take an extra two working days. Additionally, some products may not be in stock at suppliers and will require an additional 4-6 weeks, particularly toric lenses.
If the client is in a hurry, please contact our customer service department first.
Our shipment date, which is displayed after checkout, refers to the time it will take for your order to arrive once it has been dispatched.
You should expect your orders to arrive in 3–10 days. Once our team has processed your orders, our preferred courier will deliver them right away. We will ship the packages in a number of ways and it will take 7-14 days to arrive to your doorstep.
Please keep in mind the reasons if the products are delayed:
- Suppliers are out of stock
- Unpredictable transition or restrictions of shipping with COVID-19
Make sure to contact us if you has not received the products after 10 days.
E. Changing/Cancellation of orders
Our team works tirelessly to expedite the processing of orders so that you will not have to wait. This means that, while we will do our best to assist order changes, we cannot promise that we will be able to do so. Canceled orders may take 1 to 2 business days to process.
F. Loss Risk
When our carrier delivers your purchase to you, the potential losses and title for any items you order belong to you.
G. Returns
The customer may return the orders if:
- They have received an incorrect parcel, which they DID NOT use and open;
- It must be 30 days from the date of dispatch;
- The box is in decent shape (not damaged or unclean)
Singapore Contact Lenses owns all of the content that appears on the Services, including any designs, drawings, icons, pictures, video clips, and textual materials, as well as the compilation of the Site, Services, and other materials. Without first acquiring explicit approval from us, you may not disclose, duplicate, or use the information or materials on the Services, including the Trademarks. Any legal or trademark notices in any material we make accessible through the Services may not be removed or modified in any way. Any unlawful use of the Services’ content or materials is strictly forbidden and constitutes a violation of copyright, trademark, and/or other intellectual property laws.
